Data sharing and international transfers

5.1 Who we share data with

SilverVision AG does not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We may share data with:

Authorised regional partners. Where your enquiry relates to product availability or service in the UAE or GCC, we may share relevant contact details with our authorised regional distribution partner (currently Technip General Trading, Dubai) for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. This sharing is disclosed at the point of collection via the contact form.

Service providers. We may use third-party service providers for email delivery, hosting, or CRM functions. These providers act as data processors under written agreements and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

Legal requirements. We may disclose data if required to do so by applicable law, court order, or governmental authority.

5.2 International transfers

Switzerland is recognised by the EU as providing adequate data protection. Where data is transferred to countries outside Switzerland and the EEA, we ensure an adequate level of protection through appropriate safeguards (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent Swiss mechanisms).

Cookies and tracking

protevia.ch does not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The website does not embed third-party tracking scripts (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar tools).

The only external resource loaded by default is the Google Fonts API for typography (Inter typeface). Google Fonts requests may transmit your IP address to Google's servers. This is a standard web font delivery mechanism. For more information, see Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

If analytics or other tracking tools are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated and a cookie consent mechanism will be implemented before any such tracking commences.

No consent is required for purely functional page operation. If you wish to prevent Google Fonts from loading, you may use a browser extension that blocks external font requests, or access the site with web fonts disabled in your browser.

Security

protevia.ch is served exclusively over HTTPS (TLS encryption). This encrypts data in transit between your browser and our web server.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, or alteration. However, no internet transmission is entirely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

In the event of a personal data breach that poses a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected individuals and the relevant supervisory authority in accordance with applicable law.
